We are on a mission to revolutionise the social impact sector.
We understand that all too often, the people who have been historically underserved, structurally disadvantaged and impacted by crises in our societies are left behind and excluded from decision-making when it comes to developing programs, policies, and research that can truly improve their lives.
We provide high quality, applied learning and hands-on social impact courses for organisations and individuals who want to take effective action, shifting from paternalistic notions of 'aid' towards global justice and solidarity.
HOW WE DO THIS
We offer quality-assured learning experiences designed and faciltated with people who bring lived experience of being recipients and providers of aid to the table.
We provide strategic guidance, design consultations and conduct equity audits for organisations seeking to set up or improve their social impact projects
We give back. As a certified social enterprise a minimum of ten percent of our profit goes towards supporting social impact projects each year.
WHAT WE DO

Online Service Design Education
We offer an applied, online service design education program to empower individuals and organisations from all walks of life. Our courses are tailored to equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to create equity-centred social impact solutions that truly make a difference.
Strategic Advice and 1:1 Coaching
From guiding organisations on program delivery, offering retainer services, we support dozens of organisations to identify, design, and carry out opportunities for systemic change.
We also offer 1:1 strategic and coaching services.
Accredited and Multi-Lingual Learning
Our courses are in the process of being accredited, ensuring that our education is of the highest quality and recognised within the industry.
We partner with an interpretation service to offer trainings in multiple languages.

Design for Social Impact
Designed for and with program development specialists, this 8-week courses uses real-life case studies to support learners to gain the tools to co-create programs with marginalized communities, disrupt systemic barriers, and foster inclusive and sustainable solutions.
Rebellious Research
This program is designed for practitioners, academics and people working in research roles. Our course empower learners to conduct research that challenges power structures, addresses social inequalities, and contributes to positive social change.
Equity X Education
This groundbreaking 8 - week course empowers education specialists to transform their practice using feminist principles, critical participatory action research, intersectionality, equity design thinking, and decolonial thinking.
